Common Questions
Search your email inbox for an email from noreply@dl6sports.com. If you cannot find it, make sure you check your spam folder.
If you are still unable to find it, use the email that you registered your player with and fill out the Forgot Password form. You will receive a password reset email to that account which will claim and activate upon password reset.
If you do not receive a password reset email, this means you do not have an account to be claimed within the system under the email address you are trying to use. Please submit a help ticket below or check in with a director to make sure your information is up to date.
If your registered email address is a Gmail account, you can also use "Sign in with Google" to activate your account.
Check your spam or junk folder. Wait a few minutes — emails can sometimes be delayed. Try clicking "Resend verification email" from the login page.
On the login page, click "Forgot password." Enter your email address and check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link.
If you registered using "Sign in with Google," you don't have a separate password. Use the "Sign in with Google" button on the login page instead.
